The amount of memory leaked by our worst Mochitest runs has dropped. No jobs now leak more than 75MB, so I'm going to lower the threshold to that.

FWIW, I know a lot of the leaking is due to the old Mozmill test suite code, but this still represents a reduction in memory leaks from the product itself.
