The idea would be to have a context menu entry which would "pin" a given request, so it would stay visible on reload, even if persist logs isn't enabled.
Persist logs is an all or nothing option, and people might only be interested in keeping some requests.

We would probably give those pinned request a specific style, and maybe put them at the very top with display sticky so they're always visible
