I cannot do a patch build 'test' as your web page
(http://www.gerv.net/software/patch-maker/build-mode.html) begs us too.
So...what gives?  I downloaded modules page said to.   I have perl which I use,
and I can get into CVS to projects I am dealing with.  What is your problem here?

not a mozilla problem. You should contact gerv about this, if you suspect a bug
in his software.

Found problem with pathing and two files I did not get installed with cygwin. 
Will contact grev about these.
