Steps to reproduce

1. Open Opera or OperaGX and save some bookmarks inside Other Bookmarks folder.
2. Open Firefox with a new profile and import bookmarks from Opera/ OperaGX.
3. Observe the imported bookmarks.

Expected result

• The bookmarks imported from Opera/ OperaGX are displayed.

Actual result

• The bookmarks from the Other Bookmarks folder are not displayed.

Regression range

• Not a regression. This happens with the implementation of importing from Opera and OperaGX (bug 1284106 and bug 1795462)
