We've had backdrop-filter enabled by default since Firefox 103, via bug 1578503.
I think we can assume it's "stuck" and we don't need the pref anymore. Let's remove it.
While we're at it, we can remove the note about backdrop-filter in our list of experimental features at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox/Experimental_features

The pref name is layout.css.backdrop-filter.enabled, defined here:
