This is coming from meta Bug 1809667 where the most frequent timeout right now is on windows11-64-2009-asan-qr mochitest-browser-chrome as can be seen from https://treeherder.mozilla.org/intermittent-failures/bugdetails?startday=2023-02-23&endday=2023-03-25&tree=trunk&failurehash=all&bug=1809667
An example in treeherder would be here.
Current max run time is set at default: 3600 - https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/test/mochitest.yml#279
and the number of chunks is at 12 - https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/test/mochitest.yml#264 with some chunks running around 45-50 mins mark to turn green.
