Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0

Actual results:

The games I played so far when the error occured: Elvenar (german), Forge of Empires (german), Hero Wars (english). The error message I get is that I have to activate the hardware acceleration, which was already active before the error occured. My browser version is Mozilla Firefox 111.0.1 (64-Bit).

The error occurs in rare occasions, but I can't see any systematics behind it. After a few minutes (while reloading), the error vanishes and I can play the games as usual. So far the error didn't occur with Microsoft Edge. Cookies and Cache were cleared recently.

Today the error ocurred again while playing "Elvenar". Graphics froze while hardware acceleration was active. Repeated reloading of the game and shutting down Windows 11 to power saving mode didn't help to fix the error. Cookies and Cache were again cleared, also without positive result. The solution today which helped was restarting Windows 11. I use Firefox Version 112.0, 64 bit.
