when going offline/sometimes also online - by network fault or by setting offline - certain actions on emails remove them from their original folder, but they don't immediately arrive in their target folder.
Example:
a) move emails - recently I lost emails by moving them from one imap account to another imap account (even being online) - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1824159.
b) move emails while offline, when involving local folders (not sure whether that bug is fully resolved by now)
Mails for these unfinished actions must be "somewhere" in TB, otherwise these actions could not be finished if all goes well.
Request: put them openly into a folder like "Unfinished Actions"-
I consider it a bug that the email become hidden and unreadable while the corresponding action (move etc.) is unfinished.
Result, if put into a special folder:
- on a business trip without internet, I would be able to read those (moved) emails even after moving them to another folder. Currently, moving a mail while offline "hides" it until it arrives in the target folder.
- If something goes wrong, as in my move between the two imap accounts, the email might be still sitting in that folder of unfinished actions and might be recoverable.

This sounds like a solution in search of a problem. If something goes wrong, then the underlying problem needs to get fixed, not its symptoms.
