Hi Kathy, the Mail toolbar no longer exists in Beta 112.0b3 (64-bit), Win10, so you cannot add a Delete
button there.
But you can still add it to a top toolbar:
- Right-click on
Unified Toolbar
on top of the app > Customize - Then search for
Delete
and drag theDelete
button to the desired location on the Unified tooolbar. - If the button disappears in the process (which is a bug to be filed), just press
Cancel
on the customization dialog and try again, carefully :-)
Does this help?
Thanks Thomas,
My Beta is 112.0b3 (32-bit), and the Mail toolbar is still a choice on the list but yes doesn't show up. I was able to move the "delete" icon to the new toolbar.

Thanks for reporting back. Of course you can also always use the Del
key on your keyboard to delete selected items (on Mac, it might be different).

Thanks Thomas,

I've just filed this as bug 1825158.
Correct about the use of Delete key.
Thanks for filing a report to remove choice from list.
