Steps to reproduce:

When errors occur (as I have experienced several times) I have ended up with duplicated folders in different places. If I run into trouble and need to retrieve from an archive, the lack of duplicate message handling means I cannot simply copy from a temp. renamed folder - simply new copies are made which then have to be removed one by one, manually.

Actual results:

Unwanted duplicates.

Expected results:

Not copy pre-existing messages (as in Windows File copy), allow skipping.

If the duplicate removal or avoidance routine cannot be created, then a side-by-side folder view (i.e. tiled separate tabs) will allow checking much more easily.

A folder comparison to show which messages are different (whole or part) would be even better,
