In Bug 1793925, we changed the versioning format of extensions (the version field in manifest.json files). This bug is about doing some changes in the firefox-android repo to make sure we generate versions that respect this versioning format.

This format is documented at: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/manifest.json/version#version_format
