Steps to reproduce:
Open Tools/Message Filters
Actual results:
The 'Message Filters' window no longer has a side scroll bar so that only those Filters visible in the window are selectable. If you select one, then use the keyboard Down arrow, the highlight cursor moves off the bottom of the window.
Version 112.0b3 64bit Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Expected results:
You should be able to scroll down through all the Filters, either using the side scroll bar or selecting a filter and use the keyboard UP/DOWN arrows or Page Up or Page Down keys.
