1824860 - firefox-android: cleanup github repos

Once everything is running on mozilla-central/beta/release we'll want to shut down the firefox-android and staging-firefox-android repos on github: stop crons, remove scope grants, archive the repos.

Note: some things are still running until the final archive happens (after the current beta/release cycles)

We won't be able to archive the repo after 126 reaches the beta cycle. We'll have to wait until it 126 is EOL'd and 127 is on release. Thus, bug 1875511 makes more sense to track this work.

[:gbrown] - A year ago, you mentioned "staging-firefox-android" in this bug's description - but I'm not familiar with that repo and don't see it in github. Does that still exist? (I'm wondering if I just don't have access to it)

That's https://github.com/mozilla-releng/staging-firefox-android, which is a fork of https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-android.

I have archived https://github.com/mozilla-releng/staging-firefox-android just now.

Sorry for the delay! Archive is done. (I also updated the Wiki and the README with the latest update for closure).
