1825124 - Change the way we show the post-install popup once an extension has been installed

Once Bug 1825120 is fixed, we should change how we display the "post-install" popup in Fenix. Instead of showing this popup after having called the installWebExtension() method, we should show the popup when the (prompt) delegate is invoked by GV.

First thanks for verifying :)

We would like to make sure the post installation dialog is still showing after installing from the Fenix add-on manager or the AMO website .

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly (116.0a1) from 22nd of June 2023.
The dialog is still displayed after installing an add-on via Fenix Add-on manager and AMO website.
Device used for verifying: Google Pixel 7 Pro (Android 13)

No need to uplift to 115.
