1825150 - message list line spacing increased in Daily 20230328

With Daily 0328, the message list spacing has increased dramatically, without any change to settings.

It was fine/normal in 0327.

See attached screenshots.

If this is a deliberate attempt to space things out (e.g. old bug 1676744), please consider making it configurable, for those who were happy with how it was.

I'm using Compact density, which is no longer compact enough, at least for me :)

Tiny mistake, we accidentally increased the row height of compact mode by 4 pixel, reverting.

With this, we're solidifying all tree lists to follow the same sizing for items height:

• Compact 18px
• Default 26px
• Relaxed 32px

The account settings list might look a bit cramped, but we will improve that later when making the whole UI follow density variations properly and make everything more consistent.

After this bug landed, the spaces does not match with Classic UI. Filled bug 1826737.
