Steps to reproduce:

Hello i would like to able to add customHeader to attachment files.
E.g. i am maintaining a plugin for the german ehealth communication. There we have KIM messages and some need to have set a Content-Description per Attachment so the Insurance software is able to parse those attachment (it is a specified requirement).

Actual results:

It is only possible to set customHeaders per mail, but not for an attachment.

Expected results:

Have a method at an attachment to set custom headers.
