Reported the outage on Firebase Community Slack for the blueline (I see a couple other users also reporting)

PSA: Firebase Test Lab is again experiencing greater than normal demand for the blueline/28 device, resulting in long queue wait times. We suggest moving tests onto different devices. The team is doing everything possible to minimize wait times, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
