Details

when you get an bugzilla mail where the reported added an attachment it would be
nice to be able to see the content type for the attachment.

Change:

Additionally, it would be nice if the mail would say if the attachment was a
patch (ie. the [ ] patch checkbox was checked when the attachment was created)
