Details

Steps to reproduce:

1- multiple close Window then reopen
2- restart computer
3- again multiple close and open new Firefox windows and attempt to move (top bar) and resize (any edge and corners)
4- openned several separate Firefox Windows

Actual results:

IN GENERAL - now cannot move (relocate) or resize any Window openned with Firefox - but all other application Windows (Excel, Outlook, Autodesk) work normally (all four attemps to work around this error) -
EXCEPTION - if a second (third...) Firefox Window is launched - the very first [ ONLY ] attempt to resize MAY function but ONLY that one attempt
ALSO - may or may not be able to even CLOSE an open Firefox Windows via Task Manager

Expected results:

should be able to relocate and/or resize any Firefox window
this error prevents access to User Agent String

ADDITIONAL :: forgot to include that one cannot even CLOSE any Firefox Window via the upper right corner RED [ x ] button - Task Manager SOMETIMES can close a designated Firefox Window - but not in every attempt (ie some Firefox Windows can only be closed by restarting the computer)

SLIGHT update to above "ADDITIONAL" comment - it seems that one selects a sequence (arbitrary) of Windows and then return to Task Manager one can then Close each Firefox Windows that is at that moment Open - still Cannot Close any Firefox Window via the upper right corner RED [ x ] tool
POSSIBLE insight - the right-side vertical page presentation scroll bar seems to be unaffected by this brand new but (new as of very first launch of 111.0.1)

Is this a new issue? If so, could you run mozregression to see when this started happening?

A number of Firefox versions will open in succession to narrow down when this started occurring. Simply answer "good" or "bad" based on whether or not a build reproduces the bug. Once finished, please post the output from the last run. It should give a last good and first bad revision as well as a link to look at the changesets in that range. Thank you!
