Details

talkback.xpi isn't quite missing in 1.2, but for all practical reasons it is.
The file is far too small, and talkback isn't installed.

How to reproduce:

Download mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-1.2-sea.tar.gz
Unpack
ls -la ~/mozilla-installer/xpi/talkback.xpi (it is 941 bytes)
Install a full install - notice that talkback never triggers and that
install.log reveals that talkback.xpi is "successfully" installed.. to .. nowhere ?
