STR:
- Use a new profile.
- Use a VPN to increase the likelihood of a SERP requesting Geolocation access.
- Search for a search term.
Actual Results:
- The Persist Search Tip is shown.
- The Geolocation Popup is shown.
Expected Results:
- The Persist Search tip is shown first, but gets dismissed after the Geolocation Popup is shown.

I've managed to reproduce the issue using Fx 112.0a1.
The issue is verified fixed using the latest Fx 113.0a1 on Windows 11 and Ubuntu 20.04. The search tip is correctly dismissed when the location prompt is displayed for a search.
