User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0
Steps to reproduce:
Some sites like GitHub and YouTube override the '/' key so that when pressing '/' it focuses the sites own search box rather than using the Firefox search.
To fix this I changed permissions.default.shortcuts to 2, but it had no effect. I also tried changing the sites permissions on the Page Info window to block keyboard shortcut overrides but that doesn't do anything either.
Actual results:
Nothing changes after setting the appropriate options.
Expected results:
When "override keyboard shortcuts" is set to block, the site should not be able to override Firefox builtin shortcuts.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
