The addon abuse report dialog has a "Learn more about reporting extensions and themes" link that could be replaced with a moz-support-link.

It looks like there are actually a handful of learn more links in the panel code, 3/4 of which could likely just use moz-support-link (.abuse-policy-learnmore link isn't a good fit since it doesn't point to a support page). It might be easiest to just replace all three of these at once, but we can file separate bugs for each of them if not.
