Steps to reproduce:
Happens in tv.youtube.com
Scroll (up / down) the screen with mouse results in sideways and up/down scrolling in Live view.
Actual results:
Mouse scroll down moves the screen to later time slots, Mouse scoll down continues to do so.
Expected results:
I should be able to move to a new time slot and back with the mouse without having to exit Firefox and start it back up. Doesn't happen with Chrome or Brave. Or the YouTube TV app.
I'd enter my "browser's user agent string", 'cept I don't know what that is.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Panning and Zooming' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

With Dan's help the site looks like and the problem looks like;
- There's a big sheet shoring TV programs overflowed in both horizontal/vertical directions
- (IIRC) each program cell height is same, width is different
- During scrolling up/down, once after the mouse cursor (IIRC) is on a row where the number of the program cell on the row is greater than other rows, the row is shifted horizontally (it looks as if shifted, I am not sure what happens at the moment)
- It's easy to reproduce on releases, it's hard to reproduce on nightlies for some reasons
Setting P3:S3 for now, given that it's hard to reproduce on nightlies I'd hope we've already mitigated the issue.
