Steps to reproduce:

Select email from inbox.
Use mouse to drag email to a different folder in email and Local Folders.

Actual results:

Destination folder is highlighte3d in grey.
Email does not move and remains in Inbox.

Expected results:

Email should have been moved to the destination local folder.
