Details
I don't know if this page is legitimate use of HTML (seems wrong to not have the
tags nest). User expects to have the text "i just closed the bold tag"
italicized. Instead the text is bold.
IE does what the user expects, Nav 4.7 does not.

Resolution: --- → FIXED
It's a known issue in Navigator 3-4x. We support both models, as determined by
whether you're in strict DTD mode.
