As discussed on https://github.com/w3c/webdriver-bidi/issues/91 the browsingContext module needs to be renamed to get rid of the confusion once navigables are used which basically will reflect the context.
We probably want to use a preference to allow an-opt in for the new module name, but keep the old one intact for now. It needs to be checked what's the best way in getting this done.

As discussed it's probably too late to make such a change. As such we decided to wontfix this bug.
