Details
Education: As a potential Firefox Relay user, I would like to learn what Firefox Relay is, what are the benefits, and how it works at a high-level so I can decide if this is a service I want to try.
Acceptance Criteria:

Show only to FxA users
Users must be signed into Firefox with their FxA
Include learn more as we have limited area to prompt a user.
Tell a user that their emails will be forwarded to their FxA email address (show the email address), so it's clear for users.
Inform a user that not all sites will accept e-mail masks

:tcinotto - can you confirm whether or not this bug 1823952 is related to this particular bug? Are they showing the same screen for both FxA and not Relay users?
