Steps to reproduce:

Attempt a online purchase
Get to the ID Check flow for Starling Bank (assuming other banks use same flow)
Approve 2FA the purchase in the mobile banking app
Go back to the online purchase

Actual results:

The mobile app approval doesn't register with the flow in the browser - the browser just waits indefinitely for the approval (even though the 2FA mobile approval has been done)
Confirmed that the flow doesn't hang in Chrome

Expected results:

The 2FA mobile approval should have been registered in the browser flow and the online purchase flow should have continued to completion.
Again, confirmed this is currently work as expected in Chrome.

Hello! Unfortunately I don't have a Starling Bank account. Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate the issue?

  2. Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/

For 1. and 2., I'll try them the next time I need to make a purchase that uses the ID Check flow. So answers TBD currently.

uBlock Origin, 1Password - Password Manger, Firefox Multi-Account Containers.

Just tried the entire flow (in Firefox) and all works as expected. I'd be happy to close this now.
