Steps to reproduce:

Installed 112 beta version

Actual results:

On the folders tree there are duplicates folder for existing account, which were not listed before upgrade to 112 beta version. Emails are received and stored in current folders structure.

Arek, can you provide more details?

  • Which version did you upgrade from? ≡ > Help > About Thunderbird
  • Which exact version did you upgrade to?
  • What type of account is affected by duplication?
  • What's checked in folder pane options (the meatball menu on the right side of + New Message button in Folder Pane header)?
  • What exactly gets duplicated?
  • Can you attach a screenshot (after blacking out private data) via Attach New File button above comment 0?
  • Does this happen with ≡ > Help > Troubleshoot Mode…?
Whiteboard: [supernova]
  1. I upgraded from 110 beta as I remeber correctly
  2. I upgraded to 112 beta 3 and now I'm using 112 beta 6
  3. There are POP3 accounts duplicated. In basis I had main "Local folders" with "Received" subfolder and others. I have multiple POP3 accounts and all emails have been stored there. After my thunderbird has been upgraded, all POP3 accounts appear above "Local folders" tree node and cannot be disabled.
  4. There is checked option All
  5. There are duplicated account names and subfolders: Received and Trash.
  6. Yes, attached
  7. Yes, this happend when I started TB using trobuleshooting mode.

(I believe you mean deferred accounts.)

What do you mean deferred? Such situation as I described above has another person, which told me about and have the same effect.
