Currently the default-agent state machine for managing notifications will only ever trigger once when a browser switch is detected. If a user opts to return Firefox to default and later has their browser switched back by a deceptive pattern we do not display the notification again.
When we detect Firefox has been reset to the default browser, we should reset the default-agent notification state machine.
