Clearing security flag because there is no indication this is a remotely exploitable vulnerability in Firefox. If there is a privacy bug here, having it be public doesn't seem bad for users.

It would be useful to understand exactly what DNS-over-https settings you have set (what is the value of network.trr.mode ?) and whether you closed Firefox before the machine went to sleep or not, and whether you were on the same network both times. It would also be useful to understand if you can repeatedly reproduce this issue or not (ie does it keep resetting, or has it remembered it now) ?
