These are just additional boolean prefs, so see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1757993#c6 for data approval if anyone ever looks at this again.

Alessandro had suggested we add telemetry for these new prefs.

Andrei explained, if we add telemetry, we need to answer the questions from https://github.com/mozilla/data-review/blob/main/request.md and have the answers reviewed.
