The scrollbar has an upward-pointing button at the bottom of its expanse, but the downward-pointing button is not displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to a site creating a sufficiently large popup-window. 2. 3. Actual Results: There is no downward-pointing scroll button. Expected Results: There should be a downward-pointing scroll button directly beneath the upward-pointing scroll button. I have a snapshot GIF of this problem, how do I attach it to this bug report? Contact me for it.

This screenshot shows the popup window with the missing downward scroll button. Note this problem appears from Mozilla 1.0 through 1.2.
