Build ID 20230324092024
Compositing WebRender (Software)

  1. Open https://www.lastenergy.com/technology
  2. Wait 20 seconds until the background loads
  3. Start scrolling

Actual results:

Constant white flashing

Expected results:

No constant white flashing
