Do not work "Save Link Target As.."  in popup menu over link. Just nothing happens.
Normal behaviour is : FILE SAVE AS dialog must be started (this way it works in
v. 1.1).
Reagard it as critical because this is a reason to instal old v 1.1 instead of
v. 1.2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put mouse pointer over link
2. Click right button - popup menu appears
3. Select "Save Link Target As.."
4. Nothing happens

Actual Results:  
Absence of result

Expected Results:  
FILE SAVE AS dialog must be started

Have you installed 1.2 on a clean and empty directory or over an older build ?

v 1.2 was installed over v. 1.1
