Setting an NI for the team maintainer, Jason Thomas.
As to the membership itself - they're in GHE elsewhere, so I don't need manager approval - just team approval.
(Clearing phammer's NI, as I'm unclear why that was set ... he's not a maintainer of the team, nor a manager of the maintainers, or the requested member - Happy to have any opinion or information - but I'm not wanting to block on them.)
Jason, let me know and we can get them added.
