Alright, manager approval not needed as they're in GHE elsewhere, and I have the team maintainer approval.

You'll get 2 invites
Accept the one from people.m.o for the ghe_mozilla-sre-deploy_users group first.
Then there will be the invite to the Mozilla-Sre-Deploy org - once you've accepted both and signed into github, you'll be a member of the requested team.

Chris Knowles [:cknowles] - wondering if I could get another invite to the mozilla-sre-deploy GitHub org - I was removed from the org on December 6th because I didn't finish my enrollment in the GH org. Thanks!

You were removed from the people.m.o group ghe_mozilla-sre-deploy_users - yeah, we try to go through and audit things occasionally to make sure that people that don't really need access are removed. and since you weren't in the GitHub side of things...

Invites to both resent -
You will be getting two invites. First from people.m.o invites to the group ghe_mozilla-sre-deploy_users - please accept this before proceeding.
Next, from GitHub to whatever email address you have associated with your GitHub account. The invites to the mozilla-sre-deploy org(s) - once you accept these and sign into GitHub you'll be a member of the org(s), and the requested teams.

If you can't find that GitHub invite, go to the following link and next to the desired organization name, there should be an option to accept an invite. https://github.com/settings/organizations

Note that invites expire after a week, and so if you need things re-sent please update this bug.
