Details
Scope of this bug is to add new targeting in experimenter that has First start-up users on Windows 10 1903 (build 18362) or newer, with a new profile, needing default w/ pin and excludes RTAMO users. This will used in Window vs Tab modal with Easy Setup screen experiment aiming Fx112
It's an offtrain fix to exclude RTAMO users from enrollment targeting by checking attributionData.source !== ‘addons.mozilla.org’
