The above is a link in a page (http://www.minolta.it/magicolor_2300.html). If I
click on that link, or write that address in the address window and press Enter,
the download does not start, Mozilla does NOTHING (withe Opera or IE download)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.simply write the address on the browser address part of the window
2.
3.
Actual Results:
nothing
Expected Results:
ask if I want to see or download the file, or open it with AdobeReader (that is
installed and works if I double click a pdf file on my hdu)
If I rightclick the link and choose "Save link target as" the download starts
correctly.

WORKSFORME linux 2002113005. perhaps this is related to the mozilla 1.2
regression which caused it to be pulled off the wire??
at any rate, i'm marking this WORKSFORME. please reopen if you can see the
problem with a more recent nightly build. thx!

mmm... I've tested in two other PC, one with 1.1 version, and it's ok, and the
other one with 1.2.1, and it's ok too.
But here, on my PC, upgrading from 1.2 to 1.2.1 the problem remains (and I did
not had with 1.1, nor I have with Opera or IE).
I disactivated the anti-virus protection, but it's the same...
So seems to be a strange bug, as often happens with windows ;)
So seems that it has lost the connection .pdf -> AcrobatReader, and could be not
a Mozilla bug
well, thanks anyway
regards
