Entering to the site http://webmail.ldc.usb.ve appear a alert message telling
that the Personal Security Manager isn't installed in the system

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the URL http://webmail.ldc.usb.ve in the address bar
2.Press Enter
3.

Actual Results:  
Appear an alert messages telling: "This document cannot be displayed unless you
install the Personal Security Manager (PSM). Download and install PSM and try
again, or contact your system administrator."

Expected Results:  
I think that Mozilla 1.2 installer (rpm for red hat 8.0) did not install all the
components

This error no only occur for http://webmail.ldc.usb.ve, it occur in other mail
server like www.hotmail.com
