Steps to reproduce:

i launched firefox with the command MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 firefox, to enable wayland. I have privacy.resistfingerprinting set to true in about:config. I then visited a website like https://testufo.com.

I also ran the same test with the tor browser, and it's also affected by this bug.

Actual results:

Rather than reporting 60 fps as it usually does with RFP enabled, it reported the my laptops actual max screen hz which is 120.

Expected results:

It should have reported my device having 60 fps, and not been able to tell i am running 120, due to RFP.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
