Take a screenshot on the android devices once the startup measurement is taken for each iteration. This is to ensure the pages are loading correctly and if there are any issues with websites we know

As we have added the startup screenshots inside the applink, restore and newssite tests we are continuing this in the first_frame and nav_start tests
