I have a Folder Shortcut called "Downloads" on my desktop which points to a
seperate physical folder elsewhere named "downloads".

This was created via the standard windows Right-Click/Create Shortcut, and I
pointed it to a folder.

When saving a file, I tried to double-click this shortcut to open up my
downloads folder to save the file in there.

Instead, Phoenix fills "Download.lnk" into the filename box and tries to save my
file over top of the actual physical Download shortcut instead of following the
logical filesystem link.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a shortcut to another folder
2. Open up a 'Save link as' dialog
3. Double-click folder shortcut created in step 1

Actual Results:  
Phoenix fills "Download.lnk" into the filename box and tries to save my file
over top of the actual physical Download shortcut instead of following the
logical filesystem link.

Expected Results:  
Follow the shortcut to traverse into the actual physical folder
