Bug 1813796 adds documentation for Firefox Translations, including how to provide and update models in Remote Settings for fastText, and leaves a TODO section for Bergamot.
I left it blank for now because I am less familiar with this part of the process.
We need to fill out this section of the documentation.

Translation models are located here https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-translations-models. We upload them manually to remote settings. We're working on automatic uploading.
