Upon closing Firefox version 112.0 it opens a new instance on Apple Ventura 13.3.1

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/112.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Firefox
- Wait for a min or less for browser window to open
- Select File from the Menu bar, then select Quit Firefox
- Observe that Firefox closes but in the Dock you see another Firefox Icon listed/appear in the Dock. So basically you see two firefox icons .
Actual results:
After closing Firefox there another Firefox Icon appear in the doc. So basically you see two firefox icons
Expected results:
At any given time if a user closed Firefox and if user has selected keep in Dock in Apple OS Ventura 13.3.1 you should only see One and One Icon of Firefox.
Even if Firefox is not kept in the Dock , after selecting Quit Firefox user should not see an Icon of Firefox.
