Using the nightly builds 20021129 and 20021128 (clean install, new profile) the
cursor doesn't change to the usual hand when hovering over links in NT4/SP6, it
just stays the standard cursor for the hovered element. The last nightly build
without this glitch was 20021126 (which I'm using at the moment). I'm setting
severity to "Major", because without this functionality these builds are almost
unusable.
