Rapid right clicking, in edge cases, can freeze up the whole browser

Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0
Steps to reproduce:
I have a mouse that sometimes releases a button hold for an instant, causing near-immediate double-clicks, as if it weren't being properly debounced. In these cases, I opened a right-click menu with it. This happens very rarely (mean time prob. years between occurrence), and I am not completely sure about this explanation, but it's happened more than once.
Actual results:
Once in a while when right-clicking with it in Firefox, it results in a case where the whole browser freezes up. It might be a case where the right-click menu appears and something is selected in it before it's properly set up. In this case, all browser tabs and windows froze up too, forcing me to do an End Task on Firefox.
Expected results:
It should have not frozen and needed to be killed in Task Manager. Maybe UI fuzzing could help track it down?

It has been a long time since I experienced this bug and I haven't noticed it happening since. I'll reopen it if it appears again.
