previous downloads seems incorrect.

I don't see any problems with what the download manager displays, except for bug
168846, and file sizes sometimes showing as 1KB for successfully finished
downloads. Reporter, is your problem one of these? (It doesn't seem so from the
summary.) Are you still seeing it in current versions? If you are, please
provide more details.
