downloads are discarded if I close Mozilla before the download is complete
the download continues, but the file is not stored
I do not use the download manager, just the "normal" download

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download a file
2. close all Mozilla Windows except the download window

Actual Results:  
file is not stored

Expected Results:  
store/save the file
dupe of bug 182841 (which should be also a dupe)
